I have known Dr. Capodaglio for three years, and we have been constantly in touch to discuss traditional Italian recipes that I have been using working as a private chef. As a business owner, my days are jampacked full of meetings. I work between Los Angeles and NYC. Running a tailoring brand on the country's two coasts is a highly demanding job, and I need to be in top shape all year round regardless of red-eye flights and multiple meetings.
